1) Here in more detail presented technical features of produced adapter modifications ARINC:
PC429-3-XX:
  • I/O BASE Address: (x- will be assigned by jumpers): SA(9..0)=x1.0xxx.0000 (binary);
  • I/O space is 8, 16-bit words, Using 2 interrupt Lines);
  • Timetag resolution: 0.5 (1)us;
  • Nominal Data Rate:
      Input SI(1..8): (12...14,5) kHz, 48 kHz +25%, 100 kHz +1%;
      Output SO(1..8): 12,5kHz +1%, 50 kHz +1%, 100 kHz +1%.
  • impedance of input/output channel:
      Input: Rn >= 20kOHm; Cn <= 10pF;
      Output: Rn >= 600kOHm; Cn <= 1000pF;
  • Up to 4 Discrete Inputs DI(1..4) and 4 Discrete Outputs DI(1..4);
  • Parameters Receive Discretes (DI RK, DINT1):
      no signal 2,4V or 0,22+/-0,22 V per 1uS;
  • Parameters Transmit Discretes (DO RK):
      signal "0" - U<27V, signal "1" U<0,7V at I<16mA
  • Typical operating Current:
      0.350 A at +5VDC +/-5%;
      0.1 A at +12(15)VDC +/-10%,
      0.1 A at -12(15)VDC +/-10%,
      0.01 A at -5VDC +/-5%.

At present ELCUS supplies software only for DOS. At nearest future we suppose to develop software for Windows 9X, Windows NT
